Goa
There's more to Goa than just sun, sand and sea. If a beachside holiday with family or friends is on your mind, then Goa is the ideal place, with the finest stretches of sandy coastline in India. This tiny little state has abundance of history, architecture and an old-world charm, apart from sandy beaches and rustic shacks, swaying palms, electrifying discotheques and mouth watering local Goan cuisine.

The best time to visit Goa is between the months of October and early May), though some people prefer to visit especially during the monsoon rains (June to August). The significant difference (apart from the downpour) is that the shacks are closed during the monsoon months as there isn’t too much of beach left to set up a shack, as the tide engulfs most of the available space!

You also have the option of choosing between south and north Goa and both offer a different experience altogether. South Goa offers a laid-back and quiet experience and is the perfect setting to ‘wind-down’; north Goa has fantastic party hot-spots that get your adrenalin flowing with the perfect ‘wind-up’ experience.
