Munnar
Beautiful tea estates beckon you on entering Munnar, a quiet and untouched hill station in Kerala. Munnar is home to major tea manufacturers and plantations and estates are visible as far as the horizon. This destination has in the past few years, seen a surge in tourism but has still maintained its natural appeal. There are quite a few places of interest close by and Munnar is also situated close to Thekkady (a lake in Periyar Tiger Reserve), which is usually clubbed on a visit to Munnar.
